Read MoreFr Tom Dillon will lead us in a Lenten reflection on the theme of "Resisting Temptation". Following his talk we will have the opportunity to receive the sacrament of Reconciliation for all who desire it.
Come to the church to reflect on the passion of Christ every Friday during Lent at 5:15pm. This centuries-old meditation grounds us in the power of Christ's sacrifice and unites us to Him in the moments leading up to His crucifixion. Draw close to the Lord, and He will draw close to you.
Mr. George Oberschlake will give a presentation to the parish on "The Call to Evangelize: Thoughts on 'Sharing the Gift'". - David BI'll begin by stating that the current pastor is a family member, so naturally I have a bias in his favor. What I am reviewing are the parishioners, the church facilities and the Spirit to be found here. I was raised in a small farming community and attended a Catholic church like this one. I have met several of the parishioners and they remind me of the people back home. They are genuine, friendly and helpful. The church hall is perfect for small wedding receptions and other gatherings. Like one of the other reviewers, I hate missing Mass at a country church. I suggest you drop in, if you get a chance.
- Anne SThis parish/church is such a blessing. It is very Christ centered. Father Matthew is spiritually connected and it shows. We are so fortunate to have a priest that provides very meaningful homilies and provides lots of opportunities for prayer and reflection. The parish as a group is a wonderful body of individuals that will come to the aide of anyone needing it. Jesus is here. Jesus is present. Jesus lives through this parish community. God Bless.
- Casey CThe church is small and intimate, but beautiful. The congregation is very welcoming and friendly. The priest is a good speaker with a wonderful homily.
